Rule 22
Appointment of inspection officer
: (1) The department may appoint the authorized staff working under the department or under the qualification as per rule 21 as inspection officer as required.
(2) If the required number of inspection officers cannot be appointed according to sub-rule (1), the department shall appoint any authorized employee working in the ministry, department, office or other government agency of the Government of Nepal with the consent of the relevant ministry, department or government agency and any authorized employee working in the provincial government or local level. With the agreement of the state or local level, he can be appointed to work as an inspection officer.
(3) When appointing or appointing an inspection officer in accordance with this rule, the geographical scope of such inspection officer shall also be disclosed.
(4) In accordance with sub-rule (1) or (2), the department shall keep the notice and details of the inspection officer appointed or designated on its website.
